where can i find an attorny to exsponge my records in the state of GA /?

Its been 10 years since my last misdomeanor. I have about 9 nsf checks, i possession of Pot in 1979 and an all rduced to misdomeanors. Im50 years old and recently ;;;;;;;;graduated fron college in 2007, with a high gpa. I was accepted into Phi Kappa Theta the national honor fraternity as well.But my Diagnosis of ADDHD and clinnical depression has been diagnosed by 3 Doctors over the last 10 years. The the small amount nsf checks keep me from handleing money even thought I have worked many registered jobs before these criminal background records have recently been done nowadays. I'm a good person and believe in mores and doing the right thing. I dont Steal !!! I value my past work ethic and feel exspongment with a reputable attorny for Georgia. Might be possible. can you give mre davice and hope ?

Todd, expunged are done in the State in which you were convicted. If it was in Ga. All you have to do is contact the Solicitor Office and get into the program to have your records expunged.
It is a program...You have to meet some qualifications, Community Service, counseling and drug screening while you complete this program.
