Table Food Pan

Someone who can speak and write Spanish fluently please help me!?

I work at a Chinese restaurant and I am trying to translate this notice to spanish. There are a lot of Spanish cooks at our restaurant. I understand that I can just use babelfish translater or look up word for word on spanish dictionary but I want to be grammatically correct too.

Please help me translate this:

Attention Cook and Fryer

Avoid wasting too much food and keep the food fresh.

Every Mon through Thursday after 7:30 PM, everything cook to buffet table limit 1/2 pan.

Every Friday through Sunday after 9:00 PM fried rice and noodles are okay for 2/3 or flat full pan.

Atención Cocinero(a) y Freidor(a):

Eviten desperdiciar mucha comida y mantengan la misma fresca.

Cada Lunes a Jueves despues de las 7:30pm, todo lo cocinado para la mesa de Buffet se limita a 1/2 sartén.
